Continue sends you to your organisation's identity provider when it has one. A sign-in link works once, lasts 15 minutes, and does nothing until you press the button on the page it opens.

Access is by invitation: an administrator adds your address to the tenant. If sign-in says you have not been invited, ask your Lamplighter administrator.
